About Tiffany Gholston

Director, Organizational Planning & Development

In her role, Tiffany spearheads efforts to develop team members and strengthen the organization.

Prior to joining The Fund, Tiffany served as the Chief of Staff for the Office of College and Career Success (OCCS) at Chicago Public Schools (CPS).  OCCS works with schools, networks and communities to ensure that every student at every grade level is provided individualized supports and opportunities to keep them engaged, on-track and accelerating toward success in college, career and life.  In her role as Chief of Staff, Tiffany was responsible for management of the operational components of the office, including budget, staff, monthly board reports and strategic planning.  Tiffany also served as the Director of Strategic Planning and Implementation where she was responsible for helping design and operationalize the district’s five-year strategic plan.

Before starting her career in education, Tiffany had nearly ten years of diverse experiences from the private sector.  During this time, Tiffany work in consulting and IT for major corporations such as Health Care Service Corporation as well as a Chicago-based software start-up company.

Tiffany is a graduate of Chicago Public Schools.  She also holds a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Master of Education in Education Leadership from the Broad Center for the Management of School Systems.  Tiffany, her husband Lorenzo and son are proud Chicago south siders.
