The Fund retained Capital H Group, a talent management consultant, to implement talent strategies for the central office and principal talent pools. The long-term goal for CPS was to create a process whereby CPS could identify talent within the organization, assess talent for specific roles and provide leadership development and career path opportunities.

Impact:

  • The first comprehensive attempt to develop an overall principal talent strategy, informing subsequent efforts.
