In 2018, teams will have the opportunity to work together with content-area experts to create solutions focused on addressing one of two tracks:
Culture & Climate, led by UChicago Impact: How can we re-think culture and climate through rigorous analysis of 5Essentials data and collective learning with other schools to more effectively build coherence in our school improvement plan?
Time Management, led by National SAM Innovation Project: How can we create distributed leadership structures to increase capacity of instructional leadership of the principal and to identify growth opportunities for teachers and staff based on their needs and interest?
