Alpha Diallo

Alpha Diallo is a rising senior Political Science major, Secondary Education minor at Howard University. As a Summer Fellow on the Partnership team, Alpha will support The Fund’s work on creating case studies on aspiring leaders. In addition, Alpha will work on researching and evaluating the barriers surrounding school leadership advancement.

As an aspiring educator, Alpha is committed to educational equity for all students. While completing his undergraduate degree in Washington, DC, Alpha has taken advantage of internship opportunities to advocate for students and teachers through research and policy advocacy. Upon completing his undergraduate studies, Alpha intends to further his education with an advanced teaching degree to improve his practice and progress towards a career as a high-quality teacher.

In the past year, Alpha has used extra time at home to catch up on his reading list, try new recipes and watch documentaries.
