Isis Hutchens is a Summer Fellow with The Fund’s Engagement Team, helping to support and contribute to the 2021 Principal Appreciation campaign. She currently attends North Carolina A&T State University, where she is pursuing a degree in Family and Consumer Sciences (B.S.) and a minor in Child Development & Family Studies. She aspires to become a Certified Family Life Educator and do meaningful work that empowers and improves the lives of youth and families in the community of her hometown Athens, Georgia. This summer, she hopes to grow as a young professional, expand her network, and become more equipped for future roles and leadership positions. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, playing basketball, listening to music, playing with kids, and spending time with her siblings.
