Kali Graves

Kali is responsible for executing The Fund’s principal retention strategies, which includes managing the Chicago Principals Fellowship and Cahn Fellows Program, and exploring new opportunities to advance the leadership development of Chicago principals.

Kali joined The Fund after five years of working in strategic communications and program development in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Her work centered around building catalytic initiatives to provoke significant sustainable change in urban communities.

Kali holds a Master of Mass Communication degree from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude in Mass Communication from Southeastern Louisiana University. She enjoys cooking, traveling, interior design and spending time with family. Kali is married to Dexter C. Graves, an Emergency Medicine resident at the University of Chicago Medical Center.
