Kiara Jackson

Kiara is responsible for executing The Fund’s principal retention strategies, which includes managing the Executive Principal Program, Chicago Principals Fellowship and Cahn Fellows Program to advance leadership development for Chicago principals.
Kiara joins The Fund after working 5 years across sectors in education, non-profit and the government. Her work centered around increasing opportunities for youth and young adults and managing state department budgets.
Kiara holds a Master of Public Policy from University of Chicago, Harris School of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She enjoys eating, traveling, touring neighborhoods, spending time with friends and talking with her family on the West Coast. Kiara is in a long-term relationship with her significant other, Kendall.
