National Louis University – Coaching

In order to provide principals with targeted, differentiated in-role supports, The Fund will make grants to a series of coaching organizations throughout SY 2015-16 and 2016-17. National Louis University (NLU) – a leader in teacher and principal preparation and also a member of the Chicago Leadership Collaborative – offers principals job-embedded coaching supports to help them improve their practice and bolster academic growth in their schools. During the 2016-17 school year, five NLU coaches will work individually with 15 principals in CPS’ Network 11 in the Englewood area of Chicago.
