Jim Frank
A native of Chicago, Jim Frank served from 1967 until 2017 as Chief Executive Officer of Wheels, Inc., which is an industry-leading automotive fleet leasing and management company. Wheels now leases and manages over 700,000 vehicles in North America and with its partner, ALD Automotive based in Paris, some 2.5 million vehicles in 41countries.
Over the years, Jim has made countless contributions to the fleet management industry as it has grown and evolved. He has presented keynote speeches at numerous industry events and has represented the industry in Washington having testified in Congress, at the Treasury and the FTC.
Jim is deeply involved in the Chicago community, serving as Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the University of Chicago Hospitals, a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Chicago, Chair of the Intrinsic Network of Charter Schools serving 2,000 High School Students in Chicago, and a Trustee of Dartmouth College. He serves on the Board of the Illinois Network of Charter Schools (INCS) and previously on the Board of Overseers at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College.
Jim holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from Dartmouth College.
