Geoff Nagle
Before joining The Fund, Geoff served as CEO at the Erikson Institute, leading initiatives in early childhood development by bringing together data, policy, and practice. Throughout his career, he has dedicated himself to advancing the well-being of children and families and has worked to empower nonprofits to achieve their missions. Most recently, he worked as a consultant, supporting nonprofit leaders in increasing impact, improving financial stability, and expanding their influence.
An internationally recognized speaker, Geoff has received prestigious awards, including the Sonya Bemporad Award for advancing infant mental health. He holds degrees in political science, social work, and public health, and a doctorate in mental health policy research from Tulane.
