2024-25 Program Summary

Fund programming provides responsive support to aspiring leaders, principals, principal supervisors, and Local School Council (LSC) members to increase their positive impact on Chicago’s students.

In 2024-25, our programs are serving 199 aspiring principals, 175 principals, and 23 principal supervisors, reaching over 149,000 students in 260 district-operated and seven charter schools across the city. We are also working directly with 22 LSC members. Access our 2024-25 Program Summary report below to learn more about our current leadership development opportunities and information about our program participants and their schools. View the interactive map on our program page to see whom and where we serve.
