Lauren Patnaude
Lauren Patnaude is a partner at BDT & MSD Partners, responsible for execution of both investments and advisory engagements. BDT & MSD Partners is a merchant bank with an advisory and investment platform built to serve the distinct needs of business owners and strategic, long-term investors.
Prior to joining BDT & MSD Partners, Lauren was at The Boston Consulting Group in Chicago focused on corporate strategy work. She previously was in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs, which included experience in the Mergers Leadership Group focusing on shareholder activism and raid defense, and began her career at UBS. Lauren is a director of Balcan Innovations. Lauren also serves on the board of the Pulitzer Center, the board of The Chicago Public Education Fund, the board of the Yale College Alumni Fund, and the Chicago Steering Committee of a national Women in M&A Network (WiMA), a network of senior women dealmakers, as well as is an active member of The Chicago Network.
Lauren received a B.A. in economics and history from Yale University and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
