Belinda Niu

Belinda Niu currently works as a consultant at Bain & Company. Prior to Bain, she spent several years at The Chicago Public Education Fund advancing principal pipeline work through The Chicago Principal Partnership and stewarding programs focused on principal retention. She also previously worked as a strategy consultant for Treacy & Company.

Belinda holds an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, where she graduated as an Arjay Miller Scholar, and an MA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Education. She completed her undergraduate degree at Northwestern University, where she graduated with honors and served as Captain of the DI Women’s Tennis team.
