Chelsea Angwenyi

As a data associate at The Fund, Chelsea analyzes the principal pipeline, program data, and other key metrics to understand and improve leadership conditions in Chicago’s public schools.

Before joining The Fund, Chelsea worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Policy Research, where she conducted policy analysis on programs aimed at fostering safer, healthier communities.

Chelsea graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Science in social policy, with minors in data science and legal studies.

Her interest in education began while mentoring and tutoring third-grade students at a school on Chicago’s North Side.
