As a lead collaborator in The Chicago Principal Partnership, we join Chicago Public Schools, principals, nonprofit organizations, funders, universities, parents, and community members who are committed to strong school leadership. We aim to bring these partners together around data to make better-informed decisions that affect our ability to attract, support, and keep great principals in Chicago.
ChicagoPrincipals.org, The Partnership’s online portal, supports making Chicago the best city in which to lead a public school. It includes data from our annual Principal and Assistant Principal Engagement Surveys. We collaborate with Chicago Public Schools on these surveys, and the National Business Research Institute independently administers them.
