Accountability Research

This work, conducted over the course of four months, ultimately framed the teacher evaluation system launched in 2012-2013 (REACH Students), and contributed to the development of the School Quality Rating Policy (SQRP) which took effect in the 2014-2015 school year. This overhaul included the development of an approach to consistently measure growth in student outcomes at the teacher, principal and school levels.
