University of Illinois at Chicago – Coaching

In order to provide principals with targeted, differentiated in-role supports, The Fund will make grants to a series of coaching organizations throughout SY 2015-16 and 2016-17. The University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) – a leader in coaching supports for principals and a founding member of the Chicago Leadership Collaborative – offers principals differentiated coaching supports to help them improve their leadership to accelerate positive student outcomes. During the 2016-17 school year, four full-time leadership coaches will work with 80 principals across four partner CPS Networks.
