Kelly Howe
Kelly Howe is the Chief Financial Officer for BCG’s North American region and a Senior Partner and Managing Director in BCG’s Chicago Office.
Since 2020, Kelly has served as Chief Financial Officer for BCG’s North America region, responsible for operational and strategic finance initiatives for a large and rapidly growing region. Kelly serves as a senior leader on BCG’s North America Management Team and BCG’s Global Finance Team. She leads Finance initiatives across North America including those supporting performance and growth, managing risk, and leveraging scale to optimize our effectiveness.
Prior to serving as North America CFO, Kelly was a Senior Partner and Managing Director in BCG’s Industrial Goods Practice Area since 2007. She has served as a global leader on topics related to the industrial machinery and components sector. She focused most of her time on large capital goods businesses, with significant time on topics including business unit strategy, service capture, strategic sourcing, market segmentation, new market assessments and commercial acceleration.
Kelly has served many Chicago organizations on a pro-bono basis including Chicago Public Schools, The Chicago Public Education Fund, and the Grant Park Music Festival. She currently serves as Development Committee Chair for the Chicago Youth Symphony Orchestra (CYSO), where she has been a board member since 2018.
Kelly holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern and earned a B.A. in Business Administration and French Language & Literature from the University of Washington. She resides in Chicago with her husband and four children.
