Melanie Ramos

Melanie Ramos is a Chicago native and a proud Chicago Public Schools alum (Go Payton Grizzlies!). She brings several years of educational and nonprofit finance and operations management experience to The Fund. Her professional homes have included City Year Chicago, Match Charter Schools in Boston, and Arabella Advisors. She is experienced in process improvement, analytical thinking, event planning, culture-building, and compliance. Outside of work, she enjoys networking with other first-generation professionals, hiking with her two rescue dogs Luna and Athena, and putting on barbecues with her extended family.
