About Belinda Niu

Associate, Program Investments

As an Associate for Program Investments, Belinda is responsible for managing The Fund’s coaching and retention efforts.

Belinda joined The Fund after spending several years in the private sector as a strategy consultant for Treacy & Company. Her passion for education developed through her volunteer work with Big Shoulders Fund. She currently leads the math tutoring program, where she oversaw expansion to a new Chicago school and successfully implemented the program’s first-ever summer session in 2016. She is also a Board member for Our Lady of Grace, with a focus on supporting the school’s strategic funding and development efforts.

Belinda received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Legal Studies from Northwestern University, where she graduated with honors and served as Captain of the Division I Women’s Tennis team. She was the 6th player in school history to receive First Team All-Conference awards every year and helped to continue a program legacy with four Big Ten Conference Championship titles.

In her free time, she enjoys baking, rock climbing, outdoor tennis, and exploring new hiking spots around the country.
